I have a $150 minimum service fee.

I typically operate by giving a fixed price bid.

For smaller jobs I can provide free quotes based off sufficient photos and reasonably detailed descriptions.

I offer a free site visit and quote on projects >$3000. This would be for projects like decks, roofing, siding, remodeling work, etc.

I need to charge my minimum service fee if I need to visit in person and provide a quote on small jobs. This fee will be deducted from the project cost if you accept my bid.

I’ll be honest, I am probably not the lowest bidder. I am intentional in my bidding process: I will not over-schedule my work, use low-quality materials, or cut corners.

I take the right amount of time (not too long and not too fast) to provide quality work. I always aim to do what’s right, providing value to you.

You can provide your own materials, or I can take care of the shopping for you! I do upcharge a modest amount for materials as a way to compensate for my time and expertise in gathering the correct materials.

Convenient and modern. I accept cash, check, credit cards, ACH, Zelle or Venmo. You can pay in-person or online through my client portal.
